A. TALENT CAST is a service that casts talent into a message movie that conveys important feelings.
Q. How do you do the casting?
A. Select the talent and enter the desired message content. After that, enter your customer information and payment information to complete the casting.
Q. Will I receive a message if I cast?
A. Casting may not be successful depending on the schedule and the content of the message. Castings that have not been responded to within 7 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays of the operating company announced in advance) will be automatically canceled. If you have a fixed date for using the message, we recommend casting well in advance of the deadline.

Q.How many days will it take to receive the message after casting?
A.If the casting is successful, you will receive an email with a link to download the message within 7 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays and operating company holidays announced in advance). If you do not receive a notification email within 7 days, the casting will be automatically canceled and no fee will be charged.
Q. Is there a limit on message length?
A.We assume 30 seconds to 1 minute depending on the content of the message. Please note that we cannot respond to messages longer than 1 minute.
Q. How will messages be delivered?
A. Download from the link provided in the notification email. The message movie will be delivered in a video file format such as MP4.
Q. Is there a time limit for downloading messages?
A.The message will be deleted from the server within 7 days after sending the notification email. You will not be able to download after 7 days, so please download as soon as possible.
Q. Are there any message usage restrictions?
A.The following acts are strictly prohibited.
・Editing and processing message movies
・Sales and resale of message movies
・Distribution and uploading to an unspecified number of people
・Commercial use for the purpose of advertising and sales promotion
About payment
Q. When will the payment be completed?
A. Payment will be completed at the same time as sending an email notifying you of the link to download the message. Even if you do not download the message, the payment will be completed and you will be billed, so please be careful not to forget to check the email after casting.
